Projects will utilize common methods and processes to capture data through shared applications and datasets (where possible). Projects will aim to generate consistent data across multiple different research and care sites. Long-term projects will aim to analyze data in support of both genomic research and clinical care.
Activity
Pilot projects may include the analysis of family health history data to support patient care, and combine family history data with other relevant clinical data types. Pharmacogenomics and other use cases will be considered. Each participant of the working group will focus on heritable diseases that are of greatest concern in their countries and communities.
